Kingfisher Education SARL provides educational services, including live, interactive online masterclasses, supplementary materials, and recordings, designed to prepare students for standardized tests such as the SAT. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect services already purchased unless explicitly stated.

A downloadable copy of the presentation slides used during the session

Supplemental notes and additional study materials, where applicable

A recording of the session, accessible for 90 days from the date of the event

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as test score improvements, university admissions, or scholarships. All materials are intended as supplemental resources to support your independent study.

User Accounts 

To access the services, you must create a user account. 

By creating an account, you agree to:

Use the account for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials to others.

Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Company reserves the right to review and audit user accounts periodically for compliance. Accounts found in violation of these Terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

License to Use Materials 

UPON PURCHASING A PRODUCT OR SERVICE, YOU ARE GRANTED A LIMITED, PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE LICENSE TO ACCESS THE MATERIALS FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE.

YOU MAY NOT REPRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLICLY DISPLAY, OR SHARE THE MATERIALS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.

Fees and Payment 

All fees for products and services are listed in Euros (€). Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and authorized. Additional fees or charges (e.g., foreign exchange fees, bank charges) are your responsibility.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers. The Company is not liable for delays or errors caused by these providers.

Refund Policy 

All purchases made through the Website are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Inability to attend live sessions.

Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery of the product.

Technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or software.

If a session is canceled due to technical issues on the Company’s side, we may, at our sole discretion, provide alternative access or reschedule the session.

Behavioral Guidelines for Live Masterclasses 

During live sessions, users are required to:

Refrain from using offensive, disruptive, or harassing language or behavior.

Follow all instructions provided by the instructor or session host.

Respect the intellectual property of the materials and refrain from unauthorized recording or distribution.

The Company reserves the right to remove disruptive users from a session without refund.

Access to Recordings and Materials 

Recordings, slides, and supplemental materials will be made available for a period of 90 days following the session. It is your responsibility to access and download these materials within this timeframe.

The Company is not obligated to provide additional access or replacements after the 90-day availability period.

Third-Party Providers 

We use third-party platforms to deliver certain aspects of our services, including payment processing, data storage, and webinar hosting.

While we make every effort to select reliable providers, we are not responsible for disruptions, breaches, or errors caused by these providers.

By using our services, you agree to comply with any additional terms imposed by these providers.

Intellectual Property Rights 

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING SLIDES, NOTES, RECORDINGS, TRADEMARKS, AND LOGOS, IS PROTECTED UNDER INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS.

UNAUTHORIZED USE, SHARING, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ACCESS AND MAY LEAD TO LEGAL ACTION.

Prohibited Activities
